Description:
This 60 year old patient had a right breast cancer treated and with immediate DIEP flap breast reconstruction and a secondary left breast mastopexy. Right nipple areola reconstruction planned for the near future.

This 55 year old woman had a left nipple sparing mastectomy and DIEP flap breast reconstruction. Note the monitoring skin island for the DIEP flap lateral to the left breast nipple areola that she chose not to have removed.

This patient had had a lumpectomy and removal of the right nipple areola for Paget’s Disease and chose to have the rest of her breast removed and a DIEP flap reconstruction. She subsequently had right nipple areola reconstruction and a left mastopexy for symmetry.

This patient had a right mastectomy for breast cancer and immediate DIEP flap reconstruction and a subsequent left breast augmentation for symmetry. She chose not to have nipple areola reconstruction.
